Jonathan Stancato

Jonathan Stancato is the founder of Inside Voice, a 5 octave, multiphonic, mindbody approach to speech and song that allows us to express our truest selves with power, intimacy, confidence, and range. On Yelp, he is the highest-rated voice teacher in all of New York City, and he has taught masterclasses and workshop experiences around the world, in settings as diverse as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London (where he was on staff for 5 years), the TED Conferences, and the Joshua Tree Music Festival. His clients include rock stars, singer-songwriters, opera singers, musical theatre performers, death metal screamers, business leaders, NPR hosts, podcasters, TED speakers, shamans, and other humans with voices. His work is drawn from formative training experiences in the extended voicework of the Roy Hart Theatre and the trance singing practices of the Workcenter of Jerzy Grotowski.
