Dennis Adams is internationally recognized for his urban interventions and museum installations that reveal historical and political undercurrents in public space and architecture. Professor Adams received a BFA from Drake University in 1969 and an MFA from the Tyler School of Art in 1971. In 2001 Adams joined the faculty at The Cooper Union where he teaches three-dimensional design, sculpture, and the studio/seminar in public art.
