The Mill, July 18, 2016
time: 9:30am - 12:30pm
We will work in groups and individually, exploring the energetic and subtle mind body complex through movement and dance.
The goal is to experience a fuller understanding of bodily intelligence and creativity as we play with our intuitive true selves.
