Held in Transition
Frida Foberg, Tacie Jones
Held in Transition is an exhibition hosted by The Arts Center of the Capital Region and created in collaboration with Arts Letters & Numbers, featuring works by artists Frida Foberg and Tacie Jones exploring change, perception, and transformation.
/about
Held in Transition invites viewers into a space where change is not only observed but quietly felt. The exhibition moves beyond finished works and fixed narratives, embracing the in-between—where stillness holds tension and transformation unfolds through subtle shifts in perception.
Hosted by The Arts Center of the Capital Region and created in collaboration with Arts Letters & Numbers, the exhibition features artists Frida Foberg and Tacie Jones, whose practices converge around questions of embodiment, awareness, and relational presence. Through immersive installations and time-based works, they open a dialogue about transition as a living condition—an unfolding that connects inner experience with collective space.
