Some ideas need more than a single afternoon. If you’re interested in developing a recurring workshop, educational initiative, seminar series, collaborative project, or other sustained program at ALN, we’d love to hear what you’re imagining. Our Program Development Form helps us understand the scope of your proposal, its intended participants, educational or artistic objectives, anticipated schedule, and the resources required to make it possible.
Before submitting your proposal, please carefully review our Timeline for Program Development & Outreach, which outlines the preparation, design, communications, and promotional timelines required to develop and publicize an event at ALN. These guidelines will help you plan your proposed dates realistically and understand the time our team needs to coordinate each stage of the process.

/ Want to organize an event with us?
From performances and exhibitions to readings, screenings, workshops, and informal gatherings, ALN welcomes proposals for events that bring people together through artistic and intellectual exchange. If you have an event in mind, please complete our Event Development Form. This allows us to learn more about your idea, proposed dates, participants, space requirements, and any technical or promotional support you may need. All events must be discussed and approved before being publicly announced.

/ Need to arrange transportation?
If you’re a resident or visiting participant who needs to coordinate transportation to or from campus, please submit your travel details through our Transportation Request Form.
Providing your arrival or departure information in advance allows our team to review your request and coordinate arrangements where possible. Transportation assistance is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
