Transportation Request Form

If you require transportation to or from Arts Letters & Numbers, please complete this form once your travel arrangements have been confirmed.

Transportation requests can only be considered for participants who submit this form in advance. Once your request has been reviewed, we will confirm by email whether transportation has been arranged. If your request is approved, the confirmation email will include the transportation phone number.

After receiving confirmation, it is your responsibility to text that number approximately two days before your arrival to reconfirm your travel plans. On the day of travel, you are also responsible for texting the same number once you have boarded your train, bus, or flight and have confirmed your expected arrival time. At that point, please provide your updated estimated time of arrival and notify us of any delays.

Because we coordinate many arrivals (especially throughout the summer), we are unable to monitor individual trains, buses, and flights or contact participants to confirm their arrival status. If your travel plans change at any point after submitting this form, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust our transportation schedule accordingly.
