Tacie Jones

The Origin of Love and All the Remains

May 22 – 24, 2025

/ Description

Existence within a living body is a delicate dance with the law of impermanence. This time-based installation embraces ephemerality in a meditation on light, memory, grief, the origin of love, and all the remains.

Time-based media is an organic device for grappling with the liminal space between now and then. Merging performance, video, experimental animation, projection mapping, sound, and smell, the work here is to make space for slowing down; to immerse in the flux and flow of time and consciousness and all its potential for interwoven connectivity.
