During Summer at ALN, the musicians in residence were invited to perform at the Art Center of the Capital Region. From Arts Letters & Numbers composer/pianist Michael Harrison and Norwegian violinist Victoria Putterman performed music by Harrison and Philip Glass and Payton MacDonald sang traditional Dhrupad. The Troy-based duo Tilted Arc, who organized the concert, performed a selection of their ambient electronic music and were accompanied by vocal from Michael Harrison, Reiko Fueting and Payton McDonald. The concert also included the Boston based duo Vanitas how performed their multi instrumental experimental/free jazz.
